Armadillo Stew

Two lbs. armadillo meat
8 ounces of butter
Lemon juice
Dash onion salt
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Lemon pepper to taste

Season with salt, pepper, lemon pepper, lemon juice, and rub with butter. Wrap in foil and bake at 325 degrees F. for approximately 45 minutes. Remove foil, add more butter and brown. For barbecued armadillo, baste with barbecue sauce over grill after removing foil

Teriyaki sauce, maple syrup, salt and pepper to taste, little garlic, marinate in a glass bowl for a few days in fridge making sure you stir it up every day, I'm heavy on the syrup because thats what makes the taste,
slowly cook over an open fire with onion and potatoe and I'm sure your neighbors will be over. I know mine do. Works with any cut of meat

Sloppy Doe.... Easy & Tastey............................. Take a roast or stew chunks toss in the crock pot overnight till most of the water steams off.... drain whatever water is left & pour in a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce then dump some shredded Motzeralla over the top & scoop out over some Rolls.... SLAMIN GOOD
