Opening Day of Bow Season

OGB and I woke up at 3:30 am in order to be up at the hunting land by 5:30 am. Well it took a little longer than we thought to get there with road construction and traffic slowing us down.

By the time we got there, it had dropped 5 degrees and it was damn cold. So it was a mere 27 degrees fahrenheit which is even cold for Minnesota in September.

Swede Gears up for the 2007 Deer Hunting Season

First and foremost, my beard will commence growth on September 1st this year. Last year I started it in the beginning of August, so as you can imagine, it was pretty unruley by deer hunting time. I finally shaved it after 100 days of growth. That was my longest yet.
