I know that a lot of our members are not real tech savvy, so I think they are uncomfortable with the process of adding pictures and videos. I have also noticed that a lot of them are not familiar with the process of "adding a friend" or accepting the "add a friend request. Can you think of some better methods of helping the individuals out and informing future members as well???? I think the email that you sent out earlier to current members telling them to send you an email that contaiined pictures and videos was a good idea but new members are not aware of that process. Just trying to think of ways to make people on the site more interactive with each other.
